Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. They cover everything the AI does on your behalf: answering questions, summarising a conversation, drafting a campaign. One credit is one thousandth of a dollar, so Growth's 5,000 credits are $5 of AI usage and Business's 20,000 are $20.
If you go past the allowance, you keep working — the extra comes out of your balance at cost, so you are never cut off mid-conversation. Message and call charges from WhatsApp, SMS and email providers are separate from AI credits and are passed through at cost.
The free plan is capped: 500 credits, 50 monthly active contacts and the website widget. When you reach the cap you can add a plan or wait for the next month.
