We build software for the businesses that cannot afford to miss a message: the clinic, the shop, the workshop, the studio. The ones where the person answering the phone is also the person serving the customer.
A small business does not lose customers because it does not care. It loses them because it is busy. A message arrives while two people are waiting, and by the time anyone looks, the customer has bought somewhere else.
Tuxon exists to answer that message immediately, in the business's own words, from the business's own information — and to fetch a human the moment a human is what is needed. Then to do the same job on the next channel, and the next one, without the owner learning five new tools.
We would rather tell you what the product does not do than have you discover it after paying. That is why the FAQ includes the awkward questions, and why the pricing page says plainly that card checkout is not switched on yet.
It is also why we do not publish customer counts, review scores or success rates we cannot show you the working for. When we have customers who will go on the record, those stories will appear here and will be attributed.
Tuxon is operated by a small team based in the European Union. For anything formal — procurement, data processing, security questionnaires — write to support@tuxon.ai and we will answer properly rather than point you at a form.
The free plan needs no card and answers from your own content.
